In simple terms, Donald is a family man. He has been married to his wife, Debra, for over thirty (30) years and they have three children. A daughter, Jessica, who graduated from law school in May 2007, a son Eric, who resides in Utah and attends Utah State, and his youngest child, Jacob, is an active baseball player and attends Berkley Preparatory as a senior.
Donald has coached numerous baseball and softball teams to championships, traveled with several girl’s softball teams to state, national, and international competitions. His passion is his family, baseball, and softball. Further, he is an active member of Rodeph Sholom Synagogue in which he attends weekly and serves on several different committees at Rodeph Sholom.
Mr. Linsky has been in private practice in the Tampa Bay area since 1982 and has over twenty-five years of experience in the legal profession, with an emphasis in estate planning, probate law, trust administration, guardianships, tax planning, real estate and corporate work.
He has received a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of BV — an indication of an exemplary reputation, a well-established practice, and a high professional standing.
Born and raised in Tampa, Donald B. Linsky (Donald) is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and received his law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1978.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida in 1978, he then obtained a Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Miami in June of 1979. Further, he was admitted to the United States Tax Court in September of 1984. Upon earning his law degree and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Donald practiced law in Miami, St. Petersburg and finally settled in his hometown of Tampa, Florida.
