Donald B. Linsky & Assoc., P.A., also has an office in downtown Tampa (Hyde Park area). Mr. Linsky’s practice has grown over the years to include young and middle-aged adults with minor children and college aged children. Couples with children still living at home and/or being supported by their parents, require special planning for unforeseen circumstances. Mr. Linsky is able to meet those needs as well, from the perspective of a parent, himself, with a minor child at home and two dependent young adults.

At Linsky & Associates, we have represented numerous private citizens and businesses. With almost three decades of experience in the legal profession, Donald B. Linsky is experienced in many legal disciplines, assisting each client to select the best arrangement to accomplish the client’s objectives. Based upon this experience, we offer a wide range of legal services to provide sensible legal advice to clients and, in most cases, can assist them in avoiding costly and disruptive problems before they occur.

As a small law firm, we do not believe that our service to our clients ends once the documents are executed, the transaction is complete, and the invoice is satisfied. Instead, we serve as an important resource for our clients as their lives change.
